How to use it

Partnering enables you to programme one-to-one business meetings and the creation of a personalized agenda of appointments to take place during the three days of the show in special dedicated areas.

Please find below the steps to take to access the service.

STEP 1 – REGISTRATION
To take part in Partnering you must fill in the registration form online and carry out payment. Once registered for Partnering, you will be notified by email that you have access to the service.

STEP 2 – PROFILE
Registered participants will be able to set up their profile with the description of their activities, products, services, technologies, etc.

STEP 3 – AVAILABILITY FOR ONE-TO-ONE MEETINGS
Each participant will personalize his own online agenda indicating the availability for one-to-one meetings during the fair.

STEP 4 – SEARCH AND REQUEST OF ONE-TO-ONE MEETINGS
Participants will be able to consult the Partnering database, by means of an internal research engine, thus identifying people, companies or licensing opportunities that they are interested in and sending out requests for meetings.

STEP 5 – REPLIES
Participants can, by monitoring their account on the dedicated website daily, verify requests of meetings accepted and those received from other users.

STEP 6 – CREATION OF AN AGENDA
By combining the data received, the Partnering software will create a personalized agenda for each participant with the meetings accepted by both parties.

STEP 7 – RECEIVE THE PERSONALIZED AGENDA
When the Partnering service is closed (24 October), each participant will receive by email a PDF file with the definitive agenda of the meetings scheduled: this must be printed off and brought to the event.

STEP 8 – PARTNERING AT THE FAIR
Participants will be entitled to free entry to the fair and access to the Partnering area, set up with numbered boxes for one-to-one meetings. The area will have a reception, cloakroom and refreshments.
